Barbara Jean Saucedo, age 80 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Funeral services were conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 3:00PM on Saturday, February 20th with Bro. Brad Shockley officiating. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Burial was in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens at 3:00PM on Monday, February 22nd.
The family received friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00PM until the hour of service at 3:00PM.
Mrs. Saucedo was born on February 7, 1941 to the late James and Janet Frew Adair. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She was a jokester and thought she was a comedian, and also loved the beach and ocean. She was a member of Pleasant View First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Adair; and her sister, Diane Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Saucedo; sons, Edward Carmen (Vanessa) Saucedo, and Benjamin Gabriel (Debra) Saucedo; daughters, Cynthia (Lane) Graham, Teresa (Martin) Wilcox, and Valerie Velez; sisters, Joanne Policella, and Carol (Stanley) Davis; grandchildren, Natasha (Italo) Maddaloni, Jarod (Kathy) Saucedo, Megan (fiancee′ Tyler) Velez, Austin Wilcox, Jacob (Megan) Saucedo, Robin Velez, Zachary Wilcox, and Mason Velez; and great-grandchildren, Jamieson Edwards, Leo Moon, Kai Moon, and Elle Saucedo.
