Three people were arrested for alleged methamphetamine sales when a Cheatham County SWAT team raided a trailer and a second home nearby, the sheriff’s office said.
James Dinkins, 39, and Scotty Martin and Tiffany Gibbs, both 36, were taken into custody in the early-morning raid on Jan. 23 in Kingston Springs.
The arrests were made after SWAT agents obtained search warrants for two residences on Sneed Road. There were no injuries, the sheriff’s office said.
The case began with drug purchases by undercover agents, the sheriff’s office said.
The three people were charged with weapons possession in addition to the drug-related charges. Dinkins and Gibbs are convicted felons, according to the sheriff’s office.
