Businesses in Cheatham County can decorate their storefronts and help Pink Out For Hope “Paint The Town Pink”.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and supporters usually wear pink clothing and create pink signs and decorations.

To enter the fifth annual Pink Out For Hope contest, a business must be decorated by Thursday, Oct. 1 and fill out an entry form. The entry form is available at and must be returned to or fax to Kimberly Miller at (615) 746-8603.

Judges will consider originality, overall design and “Pink Out” spirit when choosing a winner representing Ashland City, Kingston Springs, Pegram and Pleasant View.
