The 10th annual Pegram United Methodist Church Fish Fry (now a to-go event) will be held Saturday, Oct. 10 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (or until food runs out) at the church at 479 Thompson Rd. across from the Pegram ballfields. The menu includes fried fish filets, baked potatoes, white beans, coleslaw, hush puppies and dessert. Plates with one fish filet are $8, and plates with two fish filets are $10. (No peanut oil is used.) The event is a fundraiser for the PUMC Benevolence Fund which supports the missions of the church. For information, contact the church at (615) 646-6033.
